The staff was friendly, location is fantastic, and beautiful view from roof top. But the hotel itself is old and not maintained at the level it should be. Room size is good, pool was old and cold, shower head cannot be hooked onto the wall mount at the right angle splashing water everywhere in the bathroom each time, safe did not work.

Moved to this hotel as we want to have a 5 Star hotel for a few nights before leaving. This is more a 4 star very busy noisy hotel, breakfast not great don’t cater for western guests plus a lot of children running around. Rooms are lovely but the pool is dated.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Nha Trang beach

Fantastic view of the beach. The service was second to none. Everyone who worked there was helpful, well trained, and courteous and the hotel is centrally located to all other attractions. The hotel provided free use of chaises, table, and umbrella right on the beach, across from the hotel

Housekeeping came knocking at 6AM

For being a "5-star" it surely didn't live up to it. Room not necessarily clean, found fake eyelashes on the floor among other things. The elevator were so slow and stopped on every floor, the hotel had 25 floors. Lastly, the worst part of all. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 6:30AM yelling "ROOM SERVICE" 3 times as I yelled back and told them "NO" and "GO AWAY". An absurdity, absolutely in shock by this behavior.

The hotel is nice and the room is very clean. We arrived early and the check in time was 2:00pm. Minh Duy Le was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He stored our luggage and ordered taxi service to take us to the nearby restaurant. He texted us when the room is available for checking in early. He treats us like one of his own family. He assisted us with the tour, recommended restaurant and ordered taxi service (pickup and drop off) whenever we needed during our stay. One of Minh Duy Le’s colleagues, Giang, was friendly as well. We really had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Muong Thanh Hotel.

해변이 길 건너에 있고 근처에 음식점 마사지 커피숍이 많아 좋아요. 제공되는 조식은 종류도 많고 직접 만들어주는 쌀국수 계란후라이 있고 나름 좋아요. 다만 중국인 패키지도 많아 소진율도 높고 약간 소란스럽다는 것이 단점입니다. 수영장은 실외-건물 4층에 위치하고 있고 피트니스는 운동종류는 적게 있지만 사용자가 별로 없어서 사용가능시간 아무때나 가능합니다.

가족 5명이서 부모님은 이그제큐티브 룸, 3명은 디럭스 트리플룸으로 예약했습니다. 디럭스 트리플룸은 침대 3개에, 방이 정말 넓었습니다. 침대도 당연 폭신했구요, 근데 저희방은 아무것도 아니더군요. 이그제큐티브방은 정말 어마어마하게 좋았습니다. 어머니 아버지도 패키지로 여행을 많이 다니셨는데 이렇게 좋은방은 처음이라고 너무 좋아하셨습니다. 방도 정말 넓고 무엇보다 벽 한 쪽이 전체 오션뷰여서 해수욕장이 다 보였습니다. 체크인 할 때부터 직원분이 직접 방문 열어주시고 짐 다 옮겨주시고 설명해주셔서 여행하는 동안 대접받는 느낌이 들어 너무 좋았습니다. 어머니도 1주일 더 호텔에 묶고싶다는 말을 여러번 하실만큼 완벽하고 좋았습니다. 조식도 꼭 신청하세요 맛있어요.(기대 안하시면) 다만 음식들이 다 좀 느끼해서 저희는 라면 하나 끓여서 같이 먹었어요. 여행일정 때문에 호텔에서 있을 시간이 많지 않았어서 아쉬웠습니다. 최고에요. 중국인들은 다른 리뷰에서나 처럼 많았습니다.

객실이 넓은건 맘에 들었는데...이틀연박을 예약하고 객실 종류를 다르게 예약했는데...같은객실로 바꿔줄수 없는가하는 메일에는 답장도 없었고 가서 얘기하니 그럴수 없다고해서 같은호텔에서 12시에 체크아웃했다가 2시에 다시 체크인하는 번거로움이 있었다...미리 메일을 줬으면 취소를 했을텐데...내가 예약을 잘못하긴했어도 투숙객에대한 배려가 넘 없었다...이틀묵은 객실중 한객실은 뜨거운 물도 안나오는 객실이었다...또 객실을 옮길수 없어 그냥 있었지만 베트남에서 나름 유명한 호텔이라고 예약했는데...여러가지 불편한부분이 있었다...
