Hotel management didn't take care of guest safety until i highlight to them regarding corridor light was not in working condition i reproted to receiption 5 times than they willing to replace the light bulb the staff even lie to me that its already done but i went up i check nothing was done that mean the staff is not doing thier duties to protct guest interest.

Typical larger hotel
We were given an upgrade to our booking on arrival so extremely pleased. The downside, as with many larger hotels is the staff. The staff at breakfast looked as if they didn't want to be there and more interested in talking to each other rather than replenishing the food. Choice of food was good if it was there. The information stated that there 2 bars. The sky bar was out if action and the other was a coffee bar.

A little dated and tired
Paper thin walls made it hard to sleep as our next for neighbours were up all hours socialising. The photos to the swimming pool did it no justice. Breakfast was below par. Staff were friendly,but lacked communication. A very tired looking and feeling hotel..2 Star yes,def not 4 Star

Some of the staff are not friendly, maybe they are frustrated of serving people from China? When I checked out, front desk lady asked me about a pair of the cheap indoor slipper then I realized they even reuse it, that's disgusting although she did say they would clean it before giving it to the next guest.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is so amazing, great service by hotel staffs; all of them are very nice. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location wise, walking distance to night market, beach and easy to search for food. Mud bath which the hotel offer is great. We are so enjoyed staying in Galina Nha Trang.

Overpriced and felt like a hotel in Moscow!
Nice location, but room and amenities offered do not match the room rate. I've been traveling to Vietnam for 10 years and based on the room rate, I expected to get a lot. However, my room had no internet and had to constantly go back down to the lobby to get on the internet. The hotels hallways has no A/C, so I continued to sweat until I got to my hotel. The pool was green and had seating only enough for 3 or 4 people. Fitness room was a joke! From my hotel room window, I could see the Novotel Hotel, which is where I should have stayed. Definitely one of the most overpriced hotels I've stayed at. Paid over $100 a night and couldn't get internet in my room, due to the weak WiFi service on the 11th floor. Only plus I would give the hotel is that the breakfast was pretty decent and offered a wide variety. Nha Trang is definitely crowded with Russians and hotel itself reminded me of hotels I've stayed at in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Definitely would not stay there again, when in Nha Trang.

Hotel and rooms are spacious and clean. Very poor wifi; I ask for better Wifi but they didn't send anyone to take care of it.

Meh, They Tried.
Very much an "okay" experience. Some of the hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly, others seemed beleaguered by the waves upon waves of Western (mainly Russian) tourists coming in and out of the hotel. My first room had a stain on the bed, non-existant wifi signal, and was right next to construction. They happily moved me to another room, albeit not as "premium" as I had purchased. The new room was clean enough, and the staff were very accommodating. The spa packages are very mediocre, and you have to spend premium money to get a massage without a bunch of other tourists (See: more Russians) in the room. By the elevators on top of the No Smoking signs were freshly smoked cigarette butts, though I can't really blame the hotel for their renegade clientele. I had amazing experiences throughout Vietnam at hotels with less stars and for a lower price, though I felt that way about all of Nha Trang so I may be biased. For their part, the hotel definitely did a good job at trying to accomodate, and I hate to belittle their attempts, but I have to be honest: I didn't have the greatest experience at this hotel. The location is pretty great and by the second room I had a fantastic view of the beach. My friend had a similar experience at his "four-star hotel" so maybe it's just Nha Trang?

Must check out the spa!!! Very central location, reasonable rate and decent buffet breakfast for the room price we paid. Front staff were very helpful and courteous.

the man staff was unfriendly and does not care about you much ! full of group guest from russia and china even guide book of touring was only russian language ! shower has no power, no bathtub - otherwise room was large enough and clean - the bed was comfortable ,,,

Only stayed 1 nt. The hotel is showing its age a bit. One block off the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The GM arranged train tickets for us for the early departure the next morning. A boxed lunch was waiting for us upon checkout. Very engaging staff always looking to be helpful.

Highly recommend to all my friends and family.
The hotel location is 5 minutes (walk) to the beach, great view of the ocean from our balcony, hotel staff very friendly (all speaks English), room deserves all 4 stars, the breakfast buffet had ample choices and was delicious, and best of all the service was fantastic.

Excellent hotel
Galina is an excellent hotel for the value. I stayed there in June 2015. Best value and quality compared to other hotels I've tried in Nha Trang (Yasaka and Lodge). It is not a beachfront hotel but only one or two blocks away.

Comfortable hotel with fun spa
Newish hotel just one block from the beach and in the heart of the tourist hub with plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. My room on 11th floor had good sea views and was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the mud spa in the basement was good fun and I had an excellent massage there. Staff were helpful and friendly. A minor drawback was occasional noise from nearby building sites but it was scarcely noticeable and you will get that anywhere in Nha Trang as it is rapidly expanding. I would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay in nha trang was okay we had a good time, we didn't realise there would be so many Russians it was strange! the hotel was nice very big but our room smelt like machanics or diesel or something it was very over powering and not pleasant, maybe the smell came from the elevators I am not sure. the breakfast was mainly Russian food which was okay, but not to my liking. we didnt use the restaurant as it was cheaper to go else where, the spa was expensive we didn't use it and the pools were cold and shaded not in the sun, the hotel is close to the beach and main attractions which is good. Nha trang is like surfers paradise for any Australians going.

First class hotel for an affordable rate
This 4-star hotel was spectacular overall for the price. Clean, modern, spacious room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Upon arrival, there's a delicious little cake waiting in your room - very nice touch. Location is 1 block back from the busy/noisy street that runs along the beach and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. Free breakfast buffet on the top floor offered a nice variety of western and eastern foods. Overall the hotel service was friendly tho the restaurant staff didn't seem very engaged or interactive with guests (kept to themselves). Fitness center was fairly spacious with a couple of cardio machines (treadmill and olyptical), a machine weight system, free weights and large balance balls. The attached mud spa is very nice and reasonably priced.

Nice hotel and good staff
The hotel is quite new, near the beach area. The room is large and quite new and very clean. Wifi is free. At the beach, if you come early there would be a few chairs with large umbrellas cover for you in the reserved area of the hotel. To go to the airport, you can ask the reception staff to arrange a nice taxi for you with a cost of only 250,000 dong one way. The staffs are generally very helpful and attentive.

A bit disappointed by its rathing this is 3 star.
The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But the room was pretty unimpressive. Also found a dead roach that had been squish on the wall and left to dry. It was never washed offby staff.

Good Location and Good Size Room
The place is located in the centre of the busy streets with shops, markets and cafe nearby. The room is quite large, clean and the staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel is big so it looks ventilated and space full. Best part is that it's only two blocks from the beach.

Convenient location
Close to restaurants and beach. Good wifi. Beds comfortable. Breakfast not too bad. Lots of foreign tourist that like to drink heavily and party I'm their rooms. They can be a real nuisance at night when you're trying to sleep. The hotel staff will deal with that problem very quickly.

The hotel is brand new however there are so many problems already. 2 out of 3 hotels elevators were out of order and the whole hotel air-con system was down for 2 days when we stayed. To compensate us for 2 hot days without air-con and lots of mosquito bites they gave us 30 min mud bath free. In general, we did not enjoy it too much!

This hotel is perfect, the room was overlooking the beach and the hotel staff were nice enough to let us check in early after arriving on an overnight train from Saigon. My only complaint was with the spa we booked a 3 hour package and the spa bath in the room is broken so we were made to wait for 15 minutes whilst the staff tried to fix it. Not the relaxing spa experience we were looking for and it was only after I made a complaint did they move us to another spa room for our massage

WiFi is brutal, No robes in room, No umbrellas in hotel, staff hang up the phone on you, hotel is still being built - builders everywhere. Room was great, location is good, but this is not a 4* hotel.
