Great location but check-in was a nightmare. Took 1½ hour without any information. Cleaning was so and so. They let us run out of toiletpaper. Floor on breakfastrestaurant was always sticky. Very hard chairs on balcony.

Overall Experiences; 1/ Boardcasting the music at 0600 throughout the whole hotel at a annoying level 2/ No first aid kit in swimming pool & Gym 3/ the lights in the pool are under maintenance without notice to guest 4/ Accident happened in pool that my toes are having a deep cut, bleeding non stop, no staffs are helping or coming into the pool to at least knowing how bad the situation is 5/ Concierge staff are nt delivering a bags to rooms until i go check and pick up myself from reception

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent,right in the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and reach restaurants, shops, and attractions within a short distance. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was very good. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to the receptionist, Hưng, who supported us with excellent advice both before and during our stay his professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. There are just a few minor points that, if adjusted, could enhance the overall guest experience even further: 1. The check-in area was filled with wrinkled plastic folders, which created a somewhat cluttered and less welcoming first impression. A more streamlined, digital system could contribute to a more modern and organized atmosphere. 2. During dinner, the timing of the dishes was inconsistent. Some guests received their main course before the appetizer, while others were still waiting for their food. This improved noticeably when we pre-ordered lunch in advance, so coordination in the kitchen seems very possible. 3. A brief explanation of how to use the elevators during check-in would be very helpful. The system is not entirely self-explanatory, and clear guidance would prevent confusion for arriving guests. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort of the entire team.

나트랑 시내 최고의 숙소

늘 여행을 다닐때마다 숙소의 컨디션을 가장 중요하게 생각하는 편입니다. 나트랑에는 거의 매달 출장으로 방문하는데 Annova Hotel 은 내가 가장 아끼는 호텔입니다. 비싼 빈펄리조트 객실의 서비스와 비교했을때도 전혀 부족함이 없습니다. 신축 호텔이라 객도 깨끗하고, 기본시설의 퀄리티도 훌륭합니다. 롯데마트와 도보 3분거리, 맛집인 촌촌킴과의 거리도 3분 이내 입니다. 무엇보다 직원모두가 친절하고 나의 모든 요구에 협조적이라는 점이 가장 좋습니다. 항상 욕조있는 방을 부탁드리는데, 가끔은 바다가 보이는 오션뷰의 욕조있는 방으로 업그레이드 해주기도 하며 손님의 만족에 최선을 다하는 호텔입니다. 나트랑 시내에서의 가성비&가심비 숙소를 찾으신다면 적극추천합니다!!

아이들과 가족여행

1살, 5살 아이들과 가족여행차 방문했습니다. 나트랑에 새벽에 도착해서 3시에 체크인 했네요. 늦은 시간에도 친절히 맞아주셨습니다. 나트랑에서 첫 1박 호텔로 묵었는데, 작년에 방문한 다른 시티 호텔보다 훨 좋았네요. 2베드룸+조식 포함이라 너무 만족했습니다. 이번 여행이 풀빌라 리조트에 박혀서 쉬는게 목적이었어서, 1박만 묵었네요. 시내투어와 빈원더스 방문이라면 충분히 연박할 수 있을 만큼 깨끗합니다.

객실은 가격대비 넓습니다. 청결도도 새 호텔이다보니 적당히 깨끗했습니다. 그런데 첫날 입실하자마자 소화전이 울리더니 매일 시도때도 없이 울립니다. 잠을 잘수가 없을 정도로.. 화장실 샤워기에서 물이 새서 프론트에 수리 요청했는데 이틀 지나 퇴실할때까지 감감 무소식이었습니다. 아침 조식은 사람이 많고 정리가 되지않아 너무 더러웠습니다. 먹고 일어난 자리에 식탁을 닦지도 않고 그냥 셋팅해주길래 식탁 닦고 식탁 매트 새걸로 교체해달라고 요청해서 앉았습니다. 중국 사람 많고 음식앞에서 침튀기며 얘기하고 먹을거 맨손으로 집었다 놓구하는거 보구 담날부터 나가서 사먹었습니다.롯데 마트 가깝고 가격이 저렴해서 잡았는데 다시는 묵지 않겠습니다.

很好的酒店

住35樓高層，風景很美，可惜熱水花灑水勁弱，係勁弱，不可以冲涼。但工作人員好友善，值得嘉許，可以再入住。附近有大型韓式超市及商場，價錢稍貴，出去海灘很方便。附近有基本餐廳，屬於旺中帶靜的。

새로 지어진 호텔로 깨끗해요. 아직 운영 안하는 시설들도 있지만 머무는데 불편함은 없어요. 조식도 깔끔합니다.
