"Our stay was better after a few days. First day checking in was a bit chaotic. You let the owner know once arrived. Owner will send you infos of how to get access to room through messages. Not enough clarification with this process. Once setup is done, all contacts were achievable. First impression of room was water everywhere due to the AC leak. Had to contacted owner and he relocated us to a different room. Everything went well afterward. So yea first impression wasn’t great. Hopes you all...

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon

10/10 Excellent
"Well what can we say! From the moment we arrived till when we left it was VIP treatment all the way through! One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Exceptional service and such good value for money. We struggled with the noise from street first couple of nights but hotel offered us a different room which was much quieter. Food and drinks were good value and breakfast had a lot of options. Service from Mary, Lisa, Shang Kao, Tayler, Xing and the rest of the team was exceptional. We will definitely be back"
