The team lead Gabriel was friendly and visible. I also met, David, the manager. He sees himself as a team leader. He also gave me a mug and a nice Hotel bag. "

"The hotel itself and the staff were very nice, the room was clean. The problem I experienced was the first room I was given was facing the road and the noise from the nightclub down the road was very loud. I spoke to reception and they very quickly moved me to another room, where it was quieter but there was still some base and noise from the club. If you are someone who really needs proper quiet to sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If some background noise doesn’t bother you, the hotel is otherwise very nice."

Staff were friendly and made everything easy, especially with transport and check-in. Solid, affordable option—I’d definitely stay again. "

"The staff are suoer helpful and due to a scammer tour operator at the airport, I could not find the driver of the hotel shuttle. The security guard and police at the airport all worked with the scammer tour operator. My daughter in America was able to mail the hotel and the airport shuttle driver at the airport was there all the time. He waited patiently for 2 hours for me! Really good service! "
