"Bar closes early and isn't open on Sunday. 110 Grill also closes early. Hotel is very nice but quite a few homeless people outside. Not the best neighborhood to walk in."

"My only complaint which is more of a preference, I had a bad night sleep because the pillows were too soft. I would recommend a mix of pillows from soft to Xtra firm. The shower was fantastic. The location is really good, everything you might want is within walking distance, in what seems to be a fairly safe area."

"The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles. Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms) Don't stay here."

"First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁"
