"Room service was good from the hotel restaurant. We did not visit the bar or restaurant in person but turn down service was accommodating for extra coffee for our mornings before we headed out on the town. Room was beautiful and loved the balcony view. Had to ask for refrigerator for medicine, but they got one for the second day. No microwave in room."

"Had such a lovely time this past weekend. Room was very clean, and property is in a quieter part of town, so it's not super loud at night. Parking is limited, but not too bad getting into with a smaller vehicle. Even with the compact size of Boston, I was easily able to walk between the the NE Aquarium and MFA!"

Valet was exceptional. We went in and out a couple times and each time was quick and staff were kind.

"We were given a room on the first floor which abutted the alley. It was noisy at times. Our window did not work and appeared to be sealed with tape, but did have frosted film on it. The blackout curtains worked great! The room was small but all we needed for a brief trip to Boston. It definitely was not the room in the photos, though. One of the only things I would suggest are hooks at or near the door to the room to hang your coat, bags, etc on since the room is so small.
