"Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean and spacious, as well as comfortable and quiet. Excellent value for money. The welcome was a bit cold and clinical, though and staff generally didn't seem interested, even as we left. I realise they will have been busy but a smile goes a long way."

"Amazing value given the history of the building and the location cannot be better for downtown Luton. Great to have facilities like tea and coffee, and breakfast was from a small but essential selection. Room were nice, using a fan rather than air conditioning. Which was ok."

A wonderfully clean, comfy and convenient stay.
"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again."
