"When i arrived to check in, there was no one to help me at the front desk. I stood waiting for someone for at least 10-15 mins. I then called the hotel number and was sent to voicemail. Shortly after I made the call someone finally came around to help. The curtains in our room were filthy and had brown stains on them. I asked if they could be replaced, which they did but all they did was replace it with a mismatched sheer/see through curtain that let in all light, including the car lights from the street in front of us at night which made it hard to sleep."
