"It’s a basic room, like one you might stay in if you were undercover and just needed a spot to sleep before you went out searching for clues. You don’t stay here because you want a vacation. But the bed is clean, the toilet it clean, the shower is clean. It works."

"The staff was very attentive in the room felt clean. The AC shouldn’t be any lower than 73 because then it gets very loud. And I would ask for a top story room in the future because between the floors there’s not much sound barrier and we had somebody upstairs who was clearly an insomniac and we didn’t get any sleep as a result. I would not stay here again, based on the noise. For reference we were on a ground floor room in the back of the hotel."

"We cannot wait to go back! We stayed in room 6 and it was amazing. The room was very clean, beautiful and quiet. Loved the attached patio that overlooks Newport Beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. The views are breathtaking! Everything was perfect. "

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"
