"Clean and pleasant stay"

"A delight! What a wonderful boutique hotel with an incredible location. The cafe was an unexpected bonus! Wonderful smoothies and fresh food. I would definitely come back."

"Wonderful experience!"

"The street noise was very loud, and there were ants in the room. It is an expensive room for bad sleep and ants crawling on your toothbrush!"

"An amazing resort! Perfect for the solo traveler and avid shopper. Easy walk to fashion island and the bell staff is excellent! I also loved the bar and service. I will definitely return!"

"good"

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It seems to be getting better. the restaurant was a bit better. But, what was really noticeable was the staff here is extremely good! They went out of there way to be of service on several occasions. Also, a hit tip to valet, I had a special car and they new what to do, which lessens my anxiety! Good job Lido. BTW, I also stayed at the BH hotel on this trip as well, so the Lido did well!"

"We had an amazing time with our family."
