this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool

Fantastic view from room. Pool was large and clean; excellent for laps. Out of coffee and creamer for the room but the office was able to supply some. The first day the room was not serviced. We stayed 5 nights. Seeing monkeys from the room was a delight. Restaurant food was exceptional. The staff was very attentive. We would go back if we return.

Everything about the Mount Nevis Hotel was superb! The rooms are clean and cheerful with gorgeous, to-die-for, views. The bed (yes, going there) -- was the best and I slept so well. The staff is beyond friendly and let me tell you, it's been a LONG time since the management and owner took the time to greet us and check in with us just the right amount of times. The food was great. The atmosphere, perfect. Peace and well-being, sense of safe/security (not that it was needed -- just good to know as I'm an "older" traveler). Great guests (iinteresting!). I'll never stay any place else on Nevis.

Family trip to Nevis

The Mount Nevis Hotel was the best stay on our trip to St.Kitts/Nevis. The view was gorgeous, food, service, and assistance outstanding. Next time we will stay the majority of trip there, we had an amazing time. Highly recommend and were impressed by this hotel.

Mount Nevis hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking St Kitts and the channel between Nevis and St. Kitts. The staff is excellent and friendly and accommodating. The rooms have a beautiful view and are clean. There are some things that can use an update, the sliders don’t slide easily and a lose tile on the patio here or there. That said we would go back in a heartbeat

Everything you need for a beautiful trip to Nevis

Our stay here was really comfortable. The staff are warm and friendly and made us feel at home. The on-site restaurant had good food and drinks all freshly made, we enjoyed dinner as the sun set and breakfast with the amazing view. The room itself was spacious, quiet, clean and bright with good facilities for a short or longer stay. Everything worked well. The location on the side of the hill gives amazing views across the water to St Kitts, with grazing donkeys and monkeys in the foreground. A lovely setting. All of Nevis is easily reachable from the hotel and the staff are happy to help you finding your way around the island.

This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking outside the rooms. There is no buffet breakfast, and unfortunately the breakfast options are quiet expensive (approx US$70 for two people, which is a bit excessive for a simple breakfast). The pool, while short, has a spectacular view and is a lovely place to sunbathe. On balance, I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Fantastic Resort! Four Seasons Service, w/o the $!

Fantastic Resort! I would absolutely recommend this Hotel as a Business or Family stay. The staff are terrific and the owner, Noreen, is on site everyday making sure everyone is accommodated. Beautiful views from the pool and restaurant. Small bar with a lively bartender will stay open as long as you want. I can't wait to bring my family back! The villas are split with a large efficiency room in front and smaller room in back, which connects thru a vestibule allowing a family to have one large 1/2 villa with adjoining rooms. It's a genius layout. Call the hotel direct and speak with Noreen before coming, she'll be sure your expectations are met. I rented a car for my stay, the roads are good and no traffic outside of downtown. Lots to see and do in Nevis!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Although I've been to Nevis several times, I had no idea it existed. Being that it is off the main road, it is not easily seen. The entrance (long, dark, bumpy road in need of paving) offers no clue of the gem that is perched at the end of it. The hotel itself is really nice -- nice rooms with great views. The only draw back to my stay was the fact that there was no free tv option. If you don't have a subscription to a streaming service, you won't be able to utilize the tv. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
