"The staff was very welcoming. Got some excellent recommendations from the bartender at the Side Kick bar. We took every recommendation and we’re so happy we did. I forgot her name but she was great. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best we had on our entire trip. If you can catch a sunset from the rooftop bar, you will not be disappointed."

"Although we had a car rental, we appreciated being able to use public transportation. There are buses regularly available in front of the hotel for easy access to the center of Galway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed. We appreciated the coffee machine in our room which was replenished daily. Instructions for how to use the coffee machine were provided. Daily room service was provided without having to ask for it. We were unable to figure out how to use the TV. Instructions would have been helpful, but we had so much planned, that we never asked for help with it. Morning news would have been welcomed. Overall, we were very pleased with having chosen the Flannery Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Galway."

"El personal muy amable. La higiene y limpieza estuvo muy bien. Nos gustó mucho la limpieza y las normas que había en la pileta. El hotel cuenta con máquinas para llenar botellitas con agua potable. Hay retaurantes y bar dentro del hotel, pero si preferís ir al centro solo debes tomarte una sola línea de bus desde la parada bien al frente del hotel. Lo súper recomiendo!"

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. Took a couple of tries to communicate with the property to get access information. Eventually WhatsApp message came through. Couldn’t connect to the wifi, luckily the coffee shop downstairs was still open and allowed us to connect to theirs. An early morning fire alarm was also taken care of thanks to the coffee shop once they arrived to open up (only a few minutes after the alarm started). All worked out in the end."
