The smell was awful, we found out later it is a dog hotel (this is my fault for not investigating this prior to booking) but the owners have used the best pictures for advertisement and the rest of the place is run down. You can tell they are trying to fix it up...but what has been done is sloppy and there's really no way to fix dog smells."

"Took a trip to Arcadia Park this motel was about 40-50 mi from the park it was very convenient. It had some very decent restaurants nearby.. very clean and reasonable priced for a very clean and decent motel."

"Even though this is an older property everything in the room is in excellent working order and very clean. Linens and bedding is new, clean and fresh. The breakfast is exceptional. They took us to the airport at the time that we needed to be there. Personnel were all friendly and treated us with kindness and consideration. I would definitely stay there again."
