"Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. "After 3 cramped and chaotic days in London, the Seascape Largo was exactly what we needed. The home is nestled perfectly in a little seaside village. The home is clean and the shower is HOT! The host, Matt, is welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast was prepared fresh each morning. We spent 2 nights here splitting our time between St Andrews and Edinburgh. The location was great; we drove 20 minutes to St. Andrews but took the Leven station train into Edinburgh, which was perfect. I cannot...

"Another great stay at this wonderful and peaceful hotel. Beware of the dog (charge) - it’s expensive at £25 per pet per night. Otherwise one of our very favourite places to come and relax!"

"This was such a beautiful cottage hotel. The food was excellent. I had the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The village has more shopping than you'd expect. It's definitely worth the short drive off the beaten path. And of course it's a filming location for Outlander which makes it extra special. "

"Of the 4 hotels I stayed in in Scotland, this was the best. A short drive outside of St Andrews with rates a fraction of the cost of hotels in town. Parking on site was easy. On site restaurant was excellent. The fish and chips was the best I had in the country. Staff was amazing. Rooms were in excellent condition. Property was unique and looked like a small village. "
