I loved the grand stairs, the antique elevator, and all the pictures on the walls. My room was comfortable and quiet. I had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and fun. I would happily stay here again."

"Nice old hotel! Conveniently located to DC attractions. Lots of little breakfast/lunch places nearby and a CVS. Enjoyed our stay. Valet parking was steep at $69 a day. A few negatives....Too much furniture in small room. Refrigerator was filled with mini bar items and no room to put our food/drinks. We had an adjoining room so we could hear the conversations next door. Bathroom mirror was deep/really far away from the sink which made it difficult to apply make up, etc. Lighting also wasn't great in bathroom. "

Very pleasant staff in a very convenient location for business in Dupont Circle area and running route up past the Zoo. "
