The poor attitude at the check-in was unpleasant. This 4pm check-in is a poor service and I am not staying here again. This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC.
