"Excellent location and rooms "

"The communication with the hotel before my arrival in Newark was prompt and was friendly greeted from the front desk attendant. Everything went smoothly from check in and check out. The hotel room was relatively clean with no issues. I would return again. "

"I was greet upon check in by the nicest young lady. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. I arrived early without a clue what to do. I was able to get in my room early. I was very appreciative. That made a great start to my mother/daughter trip. If I could give 10 stars to the shuttle team I would. They were on time. The only issue was the overnight shuttle that I needed to catch at 2:30 am. It was not available so I caught an uber. Outside of that I would highly recommend and stay at this hotel again. "

"Check-in was perfect. Maybe 10 minutes if even. Benjamin was polite and cheerful. Hotel was clean and maintained. Nice bar/restaurant. Shuttle every half hour. The one downside was the HVAC is very loud in the room. "
