"Property was clean and surprisingly quiet for being next to an airport."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and my room was never clean. After the 1st night, I asked the receptionist why my room was not clean up, He said that, they only clean the room every 3 days. I was so disappointed and I will not recommend this hotel to no one."

"Clean, comfortable, good breakfast"

"Clean room. Pet friendly."

"Todo perfecto"

"They are working on making the property better. Very nice owners. Bed was awesome. Interesting to see how good the hotel will be because they are doing so much work right now. SUPER quiet!!"

"It was a clean room, breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of parking. The view of the airport was nice. There was no shampoo and the the lotion and two hair conditioners were partially empty. I had trouble finding the ice machine so the signage could be better. The elevator was broken so it was difficult to get my luggage to the second floor. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The owner turns on music so loud!!! And screams his head of the words of those Mexican songs. I tried to explain to him that guests need to rest even during day time. But he doesn’t understand English."

"They have bed bugs"

"Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!"

"No elevator was available."
