"The property is not new. It is rated as a 2.5 star but the price was very good and the breakfast was good as well. The room was OK, but like I said it’s not a new modern hotel, but acceptable because you get what you pay for, it was clean comfortable, and the breakfast was fairly decent and the staff was friendly."

"Face cloths were clean, but permanently stained. Television was a mystery to operate. The staff tried to be supportive, but it felt like they weren’t given what they needed to be as helpful as they wanted."

"Eine der besten Unterkünfte in 3 Wochen Kanada. Kelly's Motel liegt zwar direkt am Highway, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt genau in der Mitte zwischen Cabottrail und Louisburg. Für meine Tagestrips genau richtig. Die Sauberkeit und die Gastfreundlichkeit waren toll. Das Bett war gut. Kleine Abstriche, weil es keine guten Restaurants in der Nähe gab. Ich habe das aber mit Ausflügen kombiniert, so dass es kein Problem war. Mikro, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine waren im Zimmer."

"The location was good for the ferry and the price reasonable booked because it said there was a restaurant on the premises,there isn't. Had to go down the road,this restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday so canceled for the return journey which is a Tuesday the room had no amenities,there were two of us and only one bottle of water no face tissues,nothing to drink out of. No coffee maker"

"Service staff in the kitchen are wonderful. The room view was excellent. Now the not so nice. Customer service manager Chau, is unprofessional and overtly arrogant. Snearing while chewing his gum he openly muttered how staff were going to hear from him about doing their job. Prepaid meals not readily available. The entire hotel was under renovations, not just the fitness facility. This caused noise and elevator disturbances on a consistent basis. Noise in the hallways, slamming doors and...
