10/10 Excellent

"The Coral at Atlantis was an absolute delight. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, the staff was friendly and the pools and rooms were clean and well kept . The waterpark and in house wild life were an added plus! Lines moved quickly in the waterpark and they had lockers and towels available. Dining was overpriced and lacked flavor but expected. I could rave on and on but the experience was SUPERB! We cannot wait til we return! 10/10 experience"

"The staff was absolutely amazing we were treated like family special shout outs to garvin (entertainment staff) gave my brother in law private dance lessons. Derek also (entertainment staff) every time we saw them they would stop and chat with us and such fun activities day and night. Our absolute favorite waiter was Andy we requested to sit in his area while at the edge water grill, then at the buffet. He was extremely accommodating and helpful so nice to talk to .. the property was extremely clean there was always staff cleaning. The bartenders were amazing as well, drinks are not watered down like they usually are at some resorts. The woman who provided us towels for the pool always greeted us with a smile every morning. The only thing I would complain about was the beach area , the resort is not on the oceanfront (which we knew when we booked) the hotel did provide a free shuttle to cabbage beach which was beautiful however you need to pay for chairs and umbrellas (be sure to negotiate the price) a bit annoying getting hassled by people trying to sell you drinks and hair braids. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to Atlantis every evening at 8 pm then pickup at 11 pm, which was perfect! The only bad part of our trip was eating at the Italian restaurant on site ) especially if you don’t like garlic, every dish seems to have garlic and a lot of it!!! The selection at the buffet was great, and the food was delicious. The edge water grill has great food!"

"The building it just amazing, the room was perfect! The food was pricey but most of it good. Now customer service at most restaurants was lacking. When asked about their food items many did not know or couldn’t describe it. It truly sucks. Also, many people expect an additional tip but all they did was take an order."
