We had issues with very spotty wifi connections, that was the biggest negative. The staff was quite understanding, saying they are in the process of upgrading the wifi, but some outages were still happening. We did request a room change because of a family group being quite loud in the corridors ...

Have no idea why we were given a handicap room. Never asked for it and never needed it. The bed was almost on the floor and I have long legs. Plus one day we went out shopping for the day and came back at 6 o’clock, and our bed was never made.
