"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"The entire hotel seems a bit dated. And my room was just fine. The bathroom was very nice. It definitely did not feel worth what I paid. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was really very bad. The margarita was good. The staff were excellent."

"The best place we’ve ever stayed with our big family! The rooms are so spacious and well thought out! The bunk beds had their own privacy curtains, lights and a storage cubby! The manager was so kind and helpful with anything we needed! Our family travels a lot and we generally stay at 3/4 star places and this out did them all!"

"Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

"We had 2 rooms in our reservation. Thankfully my families room was clean unlike mine. Aside from missing the closet door I had dried food on the floor like someone dropped a pizza and didn’t get all the toppings picked up. The walls were scuffed and door didn’t seal shut. Not the best hotel I have stayed in for sure."

"Staff was great. Room was excellent. Layout was very friendly with the bathroom on one side opposite the bedroom. Liked having a TV in the bedroom as well to have on a different program. Good location as well. It was convenient to everything and the valet parking team was awesome. Didn't have to wait more than a minute for the vehicle,"
