"The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather!
The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc.
As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well...

"The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy.""

"The phone number for the motel was disconnected. We could not contact the motel.
The bathroom was so small even a slender person has to bend and twist to try to shut the door.
There was no hairdryer. The sounds of the Thruway required earplugs.
They knew we were coming, they could've turned on the AC so that it had fresh air.
Although, obviously, great attempts were made to make it cozy and comfortable, it is not suitable for some people."
