"The good: Great historic hotel close to everything. Very clean. Pretty room. Good food and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Opportunity for improvement: The beds were too soft. I am used to a firmer mattress because of my back otherwise I highly recommend."

We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. "The hotel itself was in shambles. The office had random objects scattered, there was no mention of any continental breakfast like booking had suggested. Honestly if there was one I wouldn’t have eaten it. The room itself was disgusting, smelt like mold and cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. I asked if we could get a third towel for our room to which we were told we were only allowed two ...

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Very big room too. It suggest having another chair that could work with the desk chair and the extra table. Did not have breakfast at the hotel."

"Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from."
