She asked if it was my first time in Boston and she gave me a few room choices to ensure I had great views. Julia really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and she surprised me with some birthday treats too. I can't say enough about how amazing she is!! Annie kept the room clean and neat when I was away sightseeing. She even noticed when my daughter joined my trip...
