Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

"Room was great! We got a complimentary room upgrade because it was our first time in Boston. The cleaning staff was amazing! Always made our bed, and made sure we had fresh towels. 10/10 the best service. Everyone from the front desk was helpful and friendly too! After staying at the Omni in Atlanta, the seaport location has to be my new favorite hotel!"

"This is a CASINO with a big hotel for the Gamblers. The reception area/lobby was terrible with not even ONE COUCH OR CHAIR to lounge in while waiting for an uber. If you don't care about a comfortable lobby, it would be a nice place to stay. The lobby was beautiful but useless for older seniors,"

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurants conveniently on sight. One complaint and I’ll be sure to address in future wherever I stay, where room is located. We’re seniors, not as agile. We were given room at the very end of the corridor. A bit of a walk to and from the room."

"Close walk to everything. We did use the train to some things as my husband couldn't walk as much. It was a 8 minute walk to train. Room was clean and quiet. Doesnt have a fridge wish it did. All staff was polite and helpful."

"Location was ideal! Very clean, staff was helpful! Only complaint was the size of room, and bathroom was see through and can see into shower ect. Breakfast included at extra cost. The rooftop bar was a nice addition."
