"We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay we got technicians visiting the room 4 times, not something we would expect in a 5 star property. We ended up leaving the property sooner than planned because of not wanting to handle another technician visit to the room - In morning as we prepared to go for breakfast, we tested the keys prior to leaving the room and they were again not working."

"We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. The only down side was the shower, the water pressure in the hand-held shower was inexistent, so you would either have to deal with the very low flow of water or have a bath."

"Efficient and friendly staff from the office in Noumea to the hotel on the island, very well organised transfer, beautiful bungalow over the water, great buffet at night and in the morning for breakfast. Fantastic to be able to swim with turtles! We definitely be back!"

"Great location. Clean but a bit worn-out room. Comfortable large bed with good quality cotton white linen. Daily room service. Efficient air-conditioning when needed. Beautiful surrounding nature. Helpful staff. Restaurant right on the beach with great food."

"Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast - wide rsnge of foods. Unfortunately Very difficult to find the hotel, not marked on the main road. I was charged twice - the refund will take up ti 90 days - terrible!"

"Great location and rooms. The hotel should have happy hours each day to encourage people to have a drink at the hotel. The beach was clean and patrolled which was good. Its a short walk to resturants and supermarkets."
