"Lovely hotel, big spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms, nice pool (bit cold but hot weather makes it fine), breakfast excellent, restaurant range great, check in and out very easy, staff all very friendly and smiley but service can be very slow (might wait 40 mins for a drink, similar for the bill even if ask three times) but seems city wide (relaxed culture maybe) and sometimes you can tell staff keen for a tip. Did put on the Premier League football for us when requested and helped look...
