Then the water would not drain in the tub and we call the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and did come in himself and took care of the problem to an extent. He was very polite and helpful. The next morning, as we were leaving, the young woman at the front desk was quite cool and condescending."

"At our arrival there was an issue with noise in the room due to some maintenance work being done in the property. That last with also a misunderstanding regarding the information provided on the website about that work, made us to ask for a room change. The very professional and helpful staff in the reception, and specially Daniela, came up with a solution for us very satisfactory. We couldn’t be happier and for sure we will come back and book in the Goldener Adler in our next visit to Innsbruck."

"A very good stay. The staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the AC worked well. The only reason not a 5 star stay is the room wasn’t immaculate and the bed sheet was stained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here though. Very convenient to get into old town, great breakfast and nice room."

"This was our first night in mainland Europe. The rooms have a loft, full bed upstairs, single downstairs. One full bath downstairs. Half bath upstairs. Wonderful space as we were traveling with family of six (adult children) two rooms were perfect. Underground parking garage across from hotel. Lovely pizza place nearby for dinner. Walkable to everything."
