great hotel, we enjoy the view onto the garden, always requesting a top floor room. Good underground car park too. Fine dining outside with view of the garden

If you need a place to stay, and nothing more, it is okay. Not a very nice building or area. No parking anywhere close. Very small for four people.

I stayed with my husband. It’s close to the Ramstein AFB. Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The towels were clean. The location is in a residential neighborhood making it a safe place to be. We had booked somewhere else before this and we wish we found this place sooner! Just follow instructions ...

I was allocated a smoking room which stank like an ashtray. I asked to move to another room and was told that they were full and couldn't move me, however later I heard someone just checking in being offered an option for a smoking or no smoking room
