"Very good hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms and bathrooms, cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast, choice of food. Conveniently located next to the Metro, Tram and food shopping etc. Couple of minor issues, no ironing facilities and bath towels could be better quality!"

"This was an excellent place to say. The only problem is communication. When emailing or messaging the property by whatsApp, no one gets back to you. The safe in our room was not working and we stayed there 4 nights. I emailed and messaged, but no one got back to me every. Other than communication, everything else was excellent. Overall we are very happy with out stay."

"To be honest, I really liked the hotel. The welcome and room comfort were great. Daily cleaning was also well done. My only recommendation would be to have a car. Of course, you can reach the city center by public transportation, but the number of buses was limited, so you need to pay attention to the schedule. "We had a very large size room. It was clean and fully equipped. The receptionist was extremely helpful and always very pleasant. There was breakfast every morning and coffee and pastries anytime. The subway was also a short walk which was convenient. I would highly recommend."

"Unterkunft hat direkt eine Bahn vor der Tür. Man kann mit der Bahn direkt in die Innenstadt Wiens reisen. Das fanden wir ganz gut und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind alle sehr freundlich und wenn man etwas benötigt hat, haben diese immer schnell reagiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. "
