"in general the hotel was an adequate overnight stay, clean, tidy and in good order. however there was nowhere to get a drink after a long journey, except a drinks dispenser in reception. I had requested an accessible room, but we were first shown to a second floor room which overlooked the lake but was not easily accessible as no lift. The maitre understood the issue and directed us to a 1st floor room near the breakfast room.
