"We were staying in another building which we didn't know beforehand. There was construction right outside which started at 6:00 am every morning. The beds had plastic sheets on the mattresses and no fitted sheet, so the sheets kept falling off. The bathroom window didn't open or have a fan which was kind of unpleasant. The breakfast was nice though and the room was clean. Staff were very nice."

"Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel."

"Great service and location. Good access to the tram into the old town. Staff very helpful. Parking was secure and easy to access. Lack of air conditioning meant the rooms was quite warm. Fresh juicing oranges was great otherwise the breakfast was only ok."
