I had stayed here previously a few years ago and was surprised to find how run down this hotel was. The layout of reception etc… had changed now requiring going up and down lots of stairs. The Plough Retreat
Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth.
