While the property itself was clean, daily housekeeping was inconsistent and often lacking. The location, although near the beach, is somewhat inconvenient—access requires descending a steep set of stairs and navigating along a narrow, rusted, sandy ledge. Once there, the beach is quite small and the nearby vendors are overpriced. The elevator was a notable frustration: very slow and uncomfortably cramped. Staff interactions were underwhelming at best—frequently unfriendly, and often blocking parking access, which, while perhaps policy, created unnecessary hassle. One of the most disappointing aspects was the billing. Despite booking under a “pay after your stay” policy, I was charged on the first day. This was frustrating, especially since I had intended to use a different card for payment. Additionally, the hotel is a bit removed from the heart of the local dining and activity scene—expect a 10-minute walk to reach most of the popular spots. To top it off, although we reserved a double room, we were given a child-sized bed instead, which was not only misleading but also incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service, convenience, and value.

Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited.

Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. At check in the kitchen was closed but offered to get the chef to make something just for us. Same at breakfast - the server was super attentive and the food cooked to order and excellent. Room was spotless and whilst not the height of luxury very comfortable. If I was to be critical could just do with tea coffee making facilities in the room but everything else spot on. The hotel has a fabulous location with sea views and direct beach access. Will definitely be back!
