"The location was excellent, a small busy street, but was difficult to actually get to the room. The instructions were not clear. The room itself was only average. Most wall switches had no function and the air conditioner was quite noisy. Since we were there only 1 night, it was okay. They stored our bags while we went to the Vatican, so thanks for that."
