"We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is you only get one pillow. We didn’t get clean towels every day either which wasn’t ideal and the towels are rather small. I did also have to ask for more clothes hangers as we were only given 3, but the hangers arrived within 2 hours of me asking. Everything else was great though, nice balcony and also the shower is great. I’d stay here again. Beware though, it’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of Gniezno."

"The room we booked was not available and eventually found another room but not as good as original one. The room was nice enough but sadly room not serviced despite asking at reception. Nasty marks on walls in bedroom and bathroom that could be covered easily Good location for city and for using trams. Breakfast good and kept replenished by hard working staff . Probably wouldn't stay again though due to not getting room we booked and then room not being tidied for us. On holiday I don't want to make beds and wash cups!"
