"It's a beautiful property but not a lot of onsite activities available. The massage was excellent, the pool is so nice and the staff are really pleasant. The room could have been a tad cleaner, the bathroom needed a little extra care and the carpet in the room needed a deep clean I think. The artwork was lovely and room service was excellent. Would return."

"I do not understand any negative reviews for Couples Negril. This was the most caring, pampering, fun, well kept and most beautiful peaceful resort we have ever been to. Smaller resort so food much better access to everything with ease. Room service great. Overall excellent. 5 star resort, any bad reviews written those tourist were never happy to begin with in my opinion! Well done Couples Negril and thanks!!! We will be back!"

"Hotel is for lovers not party animals. Food is excellent, pool area quiet and serene. Private beach is phenomenal, great drinks and food. Wait staff and bartenders can’t be beat. Most beautiful tropical grounds in Jamaica. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Nothing like waking up to doves,woodpecker’s and goats. Rooms have flat screen tv’s but never turned on in 14 days. The Management is at your service 24/7 and very hangs on. Brenda and her ladies at the

"Our 3rd time to Jamaica and 2nd visit to this resort. Beautiful beach and water. All the staff are excellent. My wife and I even had our first couples massage which was amazing. Food is all good with plenty of options. Jerk Chicken at the Jerk Hut was our go to lunch. Loved all the various drink options at the bars. We stuck mainly to the cocktails. Our only complaint is we had to leave. We will be back again. We love Jamaica. "

"It may not have as many bells and whistles as some other resorts , but what it does offer is a comfortable family like setting where you get to know the employees and they get to know you and seen genuinely nice. So there may be a little things that could’ve been updated in my room… It was comfortable and clean and provided a great view. Little things like shampoo or conditioner or body wash would’ve been nice to have in the room and a hairdryer… But they did provide one… No USB port so make sure you bring a plug/usb port Honestly, though… None of that mattered because the people were so great the breakfast buffet… The pools… I enjoy, jumping off the cliffs… The resident cat, Ginger, is such a sweetie pie. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat… "
