"This is far and away the best place I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Massimo made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. He provided us with many recommendations for food and places to see. One of the loveliest people we’ve ever encountered in our travels. His wife, Laura bakes the most amazing treats that are served with breakfast (which is also incredible)! 10/10 I would recommend CasaOssan to anyone and everyone. Thank you Massimo & Laura!"

"We did not realize that the rooms were part of a shared apartment in a neighborhood about 2 miles from the old town. There are four bedrooms with their own bathroom and a common kitchen area. The bedrooms are close to one another. On our second day, two families arrived with three children and an infant which woke us up when they arrived after 10 at night and the babies began crying at 5:45 am and the noise did not stop until we checked out. "Gemma the owner was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel welcome. We stayed had to mom‘s place which was a very quiet house on the hill with a beautiful view. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure. I’ll give it 10 out of 10."

"We were greeted by two lovely young women who made us feel extremely welcome. They were patient and thoughtful in the orientation, anticipating all our questions and needs. They were clear and responsive during our correspondence. Our room on the first floor was clean, and the ac cooled the temperature down quickly with the aid of a fan. Despite a big street festival taking place just outside, we heard no noise from either the live music or the crowds and slept well."
