"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? "There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all"
