"Hotel was under construction in the main floor areas. This was not noted on website when I booked the hotel. We arrived after 8pm and workers ere still working, Hanging pictures and laying flooring. Room was ok, clean but not newly renovated. Breakfast was minimal (egg bites, bagels, and waffles). Hotel put an extra $100 hold/charge on my credit card for incidentals. I didn’t realize until I checked my credit card the next day. I called the hotel and asked about the charge. She said they had...

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

"We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing."

"I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints. Thank you."
