"Hands down one of the best places to stay! The property is gorgeous, well-located, and close to everything. What really sets it apart is the staff—they are unbelievably helpful and informative. They took the time to explain the entire city to us with maps and gave us every detail we could possibly need. Plus, the drinks are fantastic, and having a mini bar available was a great touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"Parcheggio dell'hotel a pagamento con sbarra di accesso che richiedeva di scendere dall'auto e suonare un citofono per essere aperta dal personale all'interno dell'hotel.
Wifi inutilizzabile. Rivestimento del pavimento della stanza liso. Mobili della stanza scheggiati. Box doccia estremamente piccolo. Spesso alcuni alimenti erano terminati al buffet della colazione ed il rimpiazzo era tardivo.
Non capisco come questo hotel possa essere classificato quattro stelle."

"Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good."

"Large older hotel, built in 1862 but renovated. Quiet. Situated in an historic park. Many bus tours stay here. Rooms are clean, fairly large and adequately equipped. Bed needs to be upgraded, mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Shower is in the bathtub, you need to step over the bathtub to access. Limited views from rooms. Convenient city bus stop not far from the main gate to access downtown and Ortigia. Free parking for those with rental cars. Breakfast is okay, typical large group...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although they have no parking there was plenty of free parking close by. The internet simply doesn't work. Don't count on using it on the room. You have to go to the lobby for it. The location is close enough that we walked to Ortigia and also to the archeological site. Not the prettiest site but had a good breakfast. There was a smell on the corridor/room that could be a mix of smoke or mold (couldn't identify it) but it wasn't that bad. Overall...

"The room and bathroom were large and clean. The mattress and sheets were fantastic. The room had air conditioning. The host was there at check in and was easily accessible.
The location was great- just outside Ortigia. Parking was easy and close.

"Overall the hotel was very nice and in perfect location. We would definitely stay again. Some items they could improve. The reading lights above bed did not work and there was no other source of light except the huge lights for the entire room. The shower floor was super super super slippery. Both my husband and I almost fell several times. It was so bad while mid shower I couldn’t even move because I knew if I went either direction I was going to fall.
