The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground. "Stayed two nights during our visit to Zermatt recently. Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, no problems walking to the hotel with rolling suitcases. The location is excellent, easy walk to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Room was good size , didn’t feel cramped. Nice and clean bathroom, may be the bath cube area was little smaller but manageable. Breakfast was included and was excellent with many choices. Also front desk staff are nice. Overall very happy with our stay."
