Despite the extra time they had to prepare, check-in was still delayed the next day, and the host was completely unresponsive to our messages. "Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"The reception lady deserves a pay increase she went over and above to help me early in the morning. As my shuttle driver dd not show up. I waited for 2 hrs.
