"This is a fantastic place to stay, the owner is really friendly and can't do enough for you. We are veggies and he happily cooked us omelette and chips with the best salad we've ever had. The Ice cream puddings were delicious and the wine too. Fabulous Rooms, a gorgeous quirky building and a lovely lounge to sprawl in, with netflix if you wanted it on a big screen - we happily retired to the sofa without TV though. "Very helpful reception, check- in and check out was really quick. Rooms very relaxing and great air conditioning. Surface car park and underground one too which fitted our VW T5 van. Would have preferred a kettle to the coffee machine and some English breakfast tea at breakfast would have been great. Breakfast is excellent with continental and cooked included ( you can have both). Overall great stopover for us en route to the South."

"Hotel was pleasant enough. Nice bar and well located. Only complaint would be with the Hotels app, terrible. Not sure what has happened to it over last few years but won't be using again. No confirmation email, not allowing bookings, app drops out. One customer moving over to apps."

"Amazing place, it has character. Good little bar with a terrace (I think it is part of the hotel). Parking is tight for cars, bit worried with some of the cars reversing out of it. One of them nearly hit my motorbike…. Luckily I was there to remind him to watch what he was doing. Good view from the terrace and very close to town bars. I’ll visit again."

"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. I was greeted and my request accommodated. There was strong chemical odor that dissipated after opening my windows, but other than that the room was clean and very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. No English at all, but I'm in Spain so IMHO the language issue is on me. Great location. I extended 2 additional days. Great value. Will stay again. "

"The hotel is a very convenient pit stop if you’re travelling through the middle of Spain. It’s right next to the motorway however this was no issue and we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The food in the cafe was very good and reasonably priced. Our hotel room was clean enough… however there was a bit of an unpleasant odour emanating from the bathroom. (Somewhat like stagnant water). We opened the window and vented the room and it was bearable after that.. I would add the smell never truly went away although I didn’t find bad enough spoil my stay. My guess is it’s just the smell from the poorly ventilated drains. The hotel is pretty much on its own in the middle of nowhere though."
