Ingen personal i receptionen men går att nå via WhatsApp. Badkar inne i sovrummet men mer snyggt än praktiskt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men vår funkade inte trots att de försökte laga den. "Absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible views. We have stayed here before and will stay here again - a perfect base of serenity above the wonderful madness of Palermo!"

"The first room we were given there was no working AC. It took contacting the front desk 3 times for them to finally tell us that it was broken in the room and they couldn't fix it. They then offered us a different room that was not on the renovated portion of the hotel. So we move rooms and this room was only slightly better. The AC was at least somewhat functional, but not nearly as functional as the ones in the working renovated rooms. There were plastered up holes on the walls and mold in the shower. The next day the only light went completely out in the bathroom and it took going to the front desk another three times to get that fixed. The breakfast was decent and there is sufficient parking, but could not in good conscience recommend this hotel."

"Our rooms were immaculate, everything you could possibly want including the most beautiful beach is right at your fingertips. Alessia the beautiful young woman who cooks at breakfast was such a joy along with her coworkers. I highly recommend breakfast because of these sweet and attentive staff members. Also, the young lady who prepares cocktails by the pool, also outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the amenities. I also would like to mention the gentleman who helps at check-in to carry bags, he is so on top of things. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."
