"We were there for my daughters wedding. We had 10 people staying in 5 rooms and everyone agreed this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. "There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is at the good location with easy parking. The hotel needs some serious updates, The rooms are very small with older carpet. The windows were shut, so there was no airflow."

"Great location just N of Pittsburgh - lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet 6th floor. Didn't hear a sound all night. Comfy beds, good breakfast and great value for money."
