"The best!"

"We loved our stay at Oak ‘N Spruce. We are an extended family of 15, ranging in age from 3 to 91 years of age, who meet a couple of times a year in the Berkshires. We had 4 units, each with two king bedrooms (one unit was ADA compatible) and it worked out perfectly. We could not believe how much space each unit offered and we were all able to hang out comfortably in one unit. The units, while not new, were very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The indoor pools and the game room were huge hits with the kids. We had a blast and would highly recommend this resort especially to families with children."

"the place is beautiful and serene. The room is clean and they have all the amenities that you need. Room temperature is perfect."

"I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. Front desk staff not very friendly or useful, odd because they don’t have a lot of foot traffic this time of the season. There are other similar facilities in the area that might be worth exploring versus this tired old place."

"Great spot close to town. Cozy, tasteful, comfortable room. Nice breakfasts and pleasant interaction with the staff. We love the Berkshires and we’ll definitely stay here again."
