"Shower didnt work they was rude "

"We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. We loved the sleep but unfortunately this was our last stay."

"There was construction going on so the hotel smelled really weird. We were in a room toward the back of the building and could hear people going in and out of the door a million times. The pool never had towels. The pool area was cold. "

"Room- noisy heat, dirty, walked into our room when checking in & it seemed like someone just had a rendezvous- smelled like mens cologne. Shirt on bed, can of soda left in there- ugh!!"

"Worse experience ever hotel was not clean or safe smelled terrible and housekeeping doesn't knock they just keep walking in."

"Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Only stumbling block was the heater for the room. Is a window unit and would shut off and on frequently thru out the nite"
